The Moving Prayer Ritual (M.P.R.) is a unique fusion of guided meditation, intention-setting, intuitive dance, and ritual. It is the culmination of Ocean’s 20+ years of experience in dancing and leading various free, intuitive dance practices. Ocean is a trained facilitator in Frigörande Dans, Ritual Trance Dance, and Chakradance.
M.P.R creates a sacred space to connect with the body, heart, and soul. It invites us to reconnect with our essence and soul’s purpose, offering a container to release what no longer serves us. You are encouraged to listen to your heart’s yearning and prayer, expressing it through your unique dance.
With its clear structure, minimal guidance is needed—allowing you to turn inward and follow your own intuitive wisdom. The music offers a variety of flavors and messages, supporting and inspiring the dancer along their journey.
M.P.R invites us to find peace within ourselves, so that we may fully embody who we are, be of service, and spread our light. The encounter with others is also an important aspect - through the dance we can reflect, support and strengthen each other.
At its core, the Moving Prayer Ritual is a ceremony for peace in all aspects of life.
No prior experience in free intuitive dance, meditation, or ceremonial work is required. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore this offering.
