Ocean Hillfon
I'm a cross-disciplinary performance artist, constantly defying labels and boundaries. My creative expression varies – at times wielding a pen, at others, my body or a camera, dictated by the essence of my exploration. I find exhilaration in the convergence of different mediums; where photography interlaces with poetry, and film intertwines with dance. My performances are rich tapestries woven from theater, dance, music, poetry, photography, and film.
In my role as a facilitator, I am trained as an Intuitive Dance leader and Ritual Trance Dance leader. The pursuit of freedom has been a lifelong quest for me, and nothing has propelled me toward it more swiftly, joyously, and profoundly than dance. Since 2012, I've been offering Dance Ceremonies as performances, as well as facilitating Intuitive Dance and Ritual Trance Dance workshops in both the UK and Sweden. In 2023, I expanded my practice by becoming a certified sound meditation teacher, integrating sound both artistically and into my workshops.
